CRAFT SHOW and FESTIVAL ~ 8th annual FALL Craft Show and Festival ~ Saturday November 8th, 2008 ~ 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. ~ Montgomery County Fair Grounds ~ Exhibit Hall One ~ 22,500 square feet ~ indoor – concrete floor – free paved parking ~ electricity available ~ over 90 booths expected ~ this Festival just gets bigger and better each time ~ DON'T MISS IT!

While we focus on the crafter and artisan, we will consider a booth for just about anyone with an individually produced quality product or unique service that will provide variety and flair to a family oriented show. While we can not make any promises that your application will be approved, we invite you to apply for a VENDOR booth if you see your craft, product or service listed below.
* original handmade or embellished products from quality oriented crafters and artisans doing custom work in antique pieces, art artwork media in stencil water color pastel oil acrylic artwork, baskets, baskets, beads, bird houses, bird baths, butcher block, candles, ceramics, children plaques, clocks, crochet, cross or crosses, cross stitch, custom lamps, custom sewing or embroidery, cutting board, doll houses, doo rags, door mats, driftwood, fireplace screens and irons, footsies, fossil rock, gift card boxes, glass etching, glasses, hand knitting, hand bags, jars, jewelry, juke boxes, key chains, knitted afghan blankets throws and rugs, unusual lamps, lapidary, memorabilia, mums and garters, napkin rings, needle point, old signs, patterns, picture frames, pie holders, pinatas, pinball machines, plant hangers, porcelains, pottery, purses, quilts, rainbow rocks, rug weaving, scrapbook, serving trays, shells, soap, sombreros, sponge, squirrel feeder, stained glass, table center, thai crafts, thread racks, topiary, wind chimes, wood, wood picnic tables, woodburned wood burned items, wreaths, wrought iron or metal sculpture, yard art and cut outs.
* food and concession booths, such as hot dog and sausage, Italian ice, cotton candy, ice cream, popcorn, kettle korn corn, barbque bbq, cake and cookie stands, snow cones, lemonade, ice tea, turkey legs, fudge, floats, roasted nuts, cinnamon pecans and almonds, confections, funnel cakes, caramel apples and smoothies. (all of the above requires a no cost Montgomery County Health Department permit. email for details and forms)
* personal health care booths reserved for one each Arbonne, Avon, Mary Kay, Juice Plus, Limu Juice, Advocare, Rexall and Shaklee.
* unique personal consultant booths reserved for one each Creative Memories, American Floral, StoryBook software, Doo Rags, L.E.C. Clay, PartyLite, Home Interior, Audubon, Gold Canyon, Stampin’ On, Pampered Chef, Homemade Gourmet, Department 56, Discovery Toys, All My Memories, Tupperware, Watkins and Amway.
* personal service provider booths such as On This Day software, face painters, on site chair massages, personalized photography, calligraphy, on site embroidery and spray paint artists.
* hobby booths offering for sale balsa die cast diecast plastic model airplanes, planes, trains, cars, ships, helicopters, rocket ships and coin or stamp collections.
As you can tell, we seek out Vendors who will provide variety to the show and interest to just about any passerby. It is truly a festival, with a focus on the craft artisan.
Quick notes: This is not a rummage sale or garage sale or flea market type of event ~ semi annual event Spring and Fall ~ 16th show in 8 years ~ past attendance is estimated at 300 to 700 or more ~ booths are large and affordable ~ electricity available ~ flexible producer ~ event located in central Montgomery County ~ facility is a pavillion type structure (means no air conditioning), 14 to 22 foot high ceilings ~ no heat sun rain or wind problems ~ lots of free parking ~ lots of advertising.

Exact Location: Lone Star Convention Center, 9055 FM 1484 Rd, Conroe, TX 77303. note; this is the official address however Exhibit Hall One is about 300 yards + - due north of the Convention center building, directly across from the main entrance into the Montgomery County Airport.
